You own your unit and by virtue of being a business associate with RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., you share the rental earned. The Company manages and promotes the resort as per their plan. The rental earned after expenses is shared with you equally.
If you help in selling units you can earn commissions on the sales you do. In addition if you work for the resort in terms of sales promotions or campaigns, you get commissions on revenues generated.
You invest in your own licensed commercial property along with the recreational and healthcare facilities at The Rainawari Healthcare Resorts Project.
Your investment is put into developing and promoting the resort facilities at site.
You execute a lease deed in your name which is a proof of your ownership to the commercial property. In addition as a unit holder you sign an MOU with RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. to use the other allied facilities as per the terms of the MOU.
Your lease deed and the MOU with RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., gives you a secure right to the resort.
All prices pertaining to land and construction are as per prevailing market rates in Almora.
You are free to sell your unit to anyone provided the buyer adheres to the MOU with RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd.
You have the relationship of a Business Associate with the promoting Company
The over all lease permission owned by Rainawari to run a resort as per Government guidelines helps your unit to function as a resort.
Maintenance and operations are carried out by RMG Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. You need not worry about the same. This happens as per the MOU with RMG
You can expect genuine market appreciation of commercial real estate prevalent in that area.
All legal permissions etc are taken care of by RMG as per the MOU signed with you.
RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. is in-charge of all construction activity at the resort.
The land lease is done as soon as you have made the payment as per the payment plan. Thereafter you are in legal possession of your property as per the MOU with RMG Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd.
